To support our hands-on investment team, we are looking for an Analyst/Associate who shares our mindset and values.
What you will achieve:
As core member of our investment team, you’ll gain deep insight into how successful startups scale and how VC decisions are made. Your contributions will include:
- Ownership of the deal flow process from initial contact to decision making
- Support deal execution including financial modeling, market assessments, and investment memos
- Support investees across fundraising, business development, and strategy
- Lead deep dives into emerging markets and technologies to guide investment decisions
- Contribute to the impact measurement of our fund and our investees
- Shape fund communications, investor relations, and ecosystem engagement
- Strengthen internal processes and team culture
What you bring:
- Academic background in Business, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related fields
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in venture capital, startups, consulting, or similar fast-paced environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, can-do attitude
- Strong analytical skills and an independent way of working
- Strong communication skills; fluency in English; German is a strong plus
