About GET Fund:

To strengthen the operational backbone of our fund platform, we are looking for a Senior Fund Administrator who combines financial accuracy, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on mindset. This is a important role with room to shape processes, take ownership, and grow with our fund platform over time.
What you will achieve:
In this role, you will help keeping our fund operations, reporting, compliance, and internal processes running smoothly and professionally. Your contributions will include:
- Supporting fund administration, controlling, investor reporting, and portfolio data management
- Preparing and maintaining financial and non-financial data, including ESG and impact-related data
- Supporting LP reporting, capital calls, distributions, cash management, and annual reporting processes
- Assisting with portfolio valuations, NAV processes, KPI tracking, and portfolio analysis
- Supporting closings, KYC checks, AML documentation, regulatory reporting, and compliance processes
- Acting as interface to auditors, bank, external accounting teams, service providers, and investors
- Coordinating selected operations topics, including office management, onboarding, travel, events, meetings, and internal documentation
- Helping professionalize our finance, fund administration, and operations as the platform scales
What you bring:
- Academic degree or commercial qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field
- Several years of relevant experience in fund administration (VC or PE), asset management, banking, controlling, reporting, audit, or comparable roles
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, attention to detail, and an independent way of working
- Confidence in handling financial data, documentation, reporting, and compliance-related processes
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Collaborative, service-oriented mindset and motivation to work in a mission-driven investment environment
